📦 1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with the details of your purchase.
- After dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation message with a tracking number, so you can track your parcel in real time.
- During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take a little longer. We’ll notify you in case of any delays.
🚀 2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns.
- If your pin code is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be delivered directly to your address.
- In case your location is not covered, our team will reach out to you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
❗ International shipping is currently not available on Zorome.in.
🧾 3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (calculated at checkout based on location & order weight).
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping within India.
- Any additional charges (like Cash on Delivery fees, if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.
⏱ 4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
🛑 5. Delays and Exceptions
Your order may get delayed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Unreachable contact number during delivery
- Lockdown, natural disasters, or government restrictions
- Courier partner delays during festive seasons
In such cases, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page by entering your Order ID and Email.
🔁 7. Undelivered Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or if the customer refuses delivery, the following applies:
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If you wish to reship, additional shipping costs will be applicable.
🚚 8. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
