📦 1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return eligible products under the following conditions:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices.
  • Any item that is damaged, used, or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

❗ Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, customized orders, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@zorome.in with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your return.

Note: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.


💰 3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund through your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
  • If you used a discount coupon or offer, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered as an alternative to a monetary refund.


🔁 4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@zorome.in within 7 days of delivery.
We will guide you through the exchange process after verifying the issue.


🚫 5. Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Underwear, innerwear & socks
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products & downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

📬 6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
